Welcome to the first post in my blog. The first question you might ask is why I have a blog in the first place. Well, I'm not sure. I've seen some blogs that I think are cool and I just felt like starting one. Oh, and it's free. Can't beat free. The second question you might have is, "Are you interesting? Do we know you? Why do we care about your blog?" Okay, I know that's three questions, and they're good ones. Am I interesting? Hmm...maybe not. Not yet, at least, but I'm working on it.
Why did I pick such a title for my blog? Mainly because I'm recently divorced and I'm going through the process of rediscovering myself. Perhaps this is interesting to you, perhaps not. Probably not, but I think it will still be interesting to use this blog as a running diary of my attempts to add spice and color to my life. Who knows, maybe I'll someday be someone interesting and people will go back to these archives and get a kick out of how bland my life used to be.
Why might I become interesting? Well, I'm rediscovering music. Maybe someday I'll write some music that touches you. I'm also working on my writing skills, so someday you may read a nicely wrought thriller from me. It'll be on the shelves right next to Clancy and Grisham. Then again, it might be something a bit more philosophical seated next to Deepak Chopra.
Now, if you'll excuse me, the Phillies are closing in on my beloved Rockies. It's the bottom of the fifth, no outs, and the Rockies are ahead 3-2, but the Phillies are at bat and they've got runners on base. Not good.
